Computerised Bookkeeping Training Using TurboCASH
 TurboCASH is a program for bookkeeping and accounting which will enable you to:
- Create a set of books from scratch or by using a set of financial statement
- Create and maintain a ledger
- Produce professional looking documents such as quotes, invoices, statements, etc
- Keep track of your income and expenditure on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis
- Produce a set of financial statements at the end of the financial year such as a Trial Balance, Balance Sheet TurboCASH is easy to use, but an exceptionally powerful bookkeeping and accounting program. You will receive the TurboCASH program at the end of the course. Creating a set of books * Set the system parameters and defaults * Customise your Chart of Accounts * Create debtors, creditors and stock items * Enter opening balances * Capture receipts and payments * Creating invoices * Viewing the general ledger * Bank reconciliation * Backing up and restoring a set of books * Printing a list of accounts, debtors and creditors The course will be conducted on Monday, 25 May 2009 from 9:00 - 16:00. The course will be conducted at the University of the Western Cape. The course fee is R700.00 (vat inc) per participant which includes the course manual, the TurboCASH software, refreshments, and a Certificate of Attendance. A 10% discount applies if registration and payment takes place before or on Friday, 8 May 2009. Organisations registering two or more participants will receive a standard 5% discount.
