Conducting On-line Surveys

FLOSSNet has the capability to assist organisations in conducting online surveys. The following are the steps in rendering this service to organisations or individuals.

Step 1

The organisation will send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with a list of the questions they want included in the survey.

Step 2

FLOSSNet will provide the organisation with a quote for setting up the survey.

Step 3

If the organisation accept the quote, then the organisation will pay FLOSSNet 50% of the quoted amount.

Step 4

FLOSSNet will design the survey and present the organisation with the link to the survey.

Step 5

The organisation will test the survey and make suggestions which will be incorporated.

Step 6

The organisation will send the link to their respondents via e-mail.

Step 7

The organisation pays the balance of the quoted amount.

Step 8

The results and reports will be forwarded to the organisation after an agreed upon cut-off date at which point the surveys closes.
